1. Return Window

  • You may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date you receive (sign for) the item.
  • Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted.
  • All return requests must be submitted via email and approved by us before shipping the item back.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return and refund, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and shows no signs of use.
  • The item is in its original packaging with all original tags, labels, and accessories intact.
  • The item is in resaleable “new” condition.
  • You provide the original order number and proof of purchase.

Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or subject to a partial refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return (unless defective):

  • Sale, clearance, or Final Sale items.
  • Custom-made or personalized dresses.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged.
  • Intimate apparel or body-fitting items (if applicable).

4. Quality Issues & Exceptions

  • If the item arrives with a quality defect (such as damage, faulty stitching, or significant color discrepancy from the description), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will review photos or videos of the issue and may offer a free exchange or full refund (including shipping costs in some cases).
  • Please provide clear evidence when contacting us.

5. Refund Process & Timeline

  • Refund Amount: We will refund the original item price (excluding the original shipping fee).
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Shopify Payments, PayPal, credit card, etc.).
  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 3-5 business days. The time for the funds to appear in your account may take an additional 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
  • Return Shipping Cost: Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer (unless the item is defective). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

6. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at info@ollingvy.shop with the subject line: “Return Request - Order #XXXXX”.
  2. Include the following information in your email:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos of the item (full view and any issues)
    • Your contact phone number
  3. Wait for our approval and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  4. Once approved, ship the item back to the address we provide in the email.
  5. Keep the tracking number for your records.

7. Exchange Policy

We primarily offer refunds. If you would like an exchange, please mention it in your return request. We will do our best to assist based on stock availability.
